Bonjour mes chéries!
Do you know that feeling when you suddenly forget about all your worries, all the tasks you have to finish, everything bad that ever happened to you .. you forget about the past and the future and you're just here now ? Being present is a skill that not everyone has. But sometimes you happen to be in a situation when you feel like this unconsciously. And that's exactly what happened to me during our trip to Paris.
The bus journey was a bit longer than we expected but if you travel with friends and you have enought good songs on your phone, even the journey can be fun. The first night we stayed in Strasbourg and the next morning we finally headed to Paris. We visited some cathedrals - Notre Damme (in Paris and also in Strasbourg), Sacré-Coeur, St. Germain. One day we left the Paris and we went for a trip to Versailles. We also visited Louvre ("We're just gonna look at the Mona Lisa and then we're gonna go shopping, alright?" Well .. even only one "look" at one of the most famous pictures takes some time in Louvre). This trip was my first trip without parent so it was kind of new experience for me.

I loved the evening by the Eiffel tower the most. We had four spare hours so we climbed the tower and then we were walking the surrounding streets whileit was getting dark. We bought some souvenirs for our families and we bought baguettes for a dinner in a small bakery shop and then we came back to the Eiffel tower. It was dark already so the tower was lit and we were just sitting there, amazed, watching the Eiffel tower and we all were thinking if this is real or just a dream. Maybe we'll wake up and tomorrow we'll have to go to school again and do all those daily duties. But we didn't wake up. We were still sitting on that same lawn, stuffing our bellies with baguetter and refusing the annoying wine salesmen ...
