Happy 15th Birthday ...

It's my 15 birthday today so I could write some special birthday post. But what should it be about? ... I love finding old photos and laughing at how I looked like and how everything changed, so that's exactly what this post is gonna be about :) By the way ... it's crazy that I can already say what I was doing "ten years ago". The time is running really fast.

I was celebrating my fifth birthday on chalet in Suchá Rudná in Jeseníky, with my relatives. My mum has birthday just about two weeks before my birthday, so we were celebrating together. In that time, our camera was out of order, so I have almost no photos from my birthday ..

The next interesting event of the year, was my first - and also the last - ballet performance. I attended the class for about a year - but me as a ballet dancer, that wouldn't turn out well. Anyway, that year wasn't special for me. We used to visit our gradnparents, went for some trips, before Christmas we were at the "Saint Nicholas Day" in fitness center .. In summer, we went to South Bohemia. Then I caught salmonella and spent three days in the hospital.

When I was six, it was the last years when I was celebrating my birthday just with my family. I was celebrating my birthday together with my mum again. I don't know the reason, anyway the family got together and we were celebrating together. That year, the pond in our town was frozen, so we could go skating outside.

   

Moreover, this winter we went to carneval in Olomouc. I've also got my first in-line skaters. But the main thing was, that I had to say bye bye to the kindergarten and I've went to primary school.

After school, we went to Olomouc, to "festive lunch", because some relatives (I've never seen before), came back from USA. 

 

 

When I was 7, I had my first birthday party with friends. It was a party with masks, we were doing craps, we were sticking plastic nails, we were playing the piano ..

   

We also went to carnival in OL, as the last year - my mask was called "Carribean night", and I had also my first piano performance (in music school).

In English school, that I've attended since I was in kindergarten, there were parties sometimes and I went there few times. Once I and my friend were doing craps ... well next day I went to the hospital with a broken leg. The night after party, I couldn't even go home by walk and we had to take a taxi.

 
Also I went to a party of my friend - it was great party with bowling, karaoke, we were riding the elevator up and down in a building of tennis club. And finally I got my first report and my first mobile phone - almost prehistoric pink Siemens. In summer, we spent a week in Croatia and a week in Montenegro.

When I was eight, I had an ultra-pink birthday party ... The decoration, the cake, also the clothes of all hosts were pink ... It was also the time, when I and all my friends were in love with W.I.T.C.H. - personally I had to have new issue of magazine every month, I had a doll, knee socks, t-shirt, table pad, bedding set ...

 

That summer, we went to Krkonoše, and then to Bulgaria. That time, hurricane Bura swept across the sea, so the water was really cold. However, it was an awesome vacation and we had a lot of memories. From the Sinemoretz beach (that was probably the most beautiful beach) I also carried less pretty memory - a scar on the right half of the face ..

When I was nine, I had a b-day party with friends where I invited about ten classmates, who I almost never talk to in school, so it was a bit strange .. Anyway, I still remember the fashion show, that we were doing on this party - we pulled all the clothes from my wardrobe and then we were taking photos of our outfits ..

I was doing my first Cambridge exams in English school - it was a bit unnecessary exams, that you can use for nothing, but altought, it was a big experience, and I was at least psychical prepaired for next exams (KET) - that I was doing last year. Coincidence, on these exams, there were also about eight children, which are my classmates now, and three of them, are my best friends.

 

In summer, we went to the first - and also the coincidence - school camp in Jedovnice. Altought I hated the place, the pond with dead fish, the old chalet and almost all the activities, that we were doing, I still have lot of memories. In holiday, we didn't go anywehre near the sea, but we spent some time in Prague and some time in chalet in Desná in Orlické hory. Moreover, I was also on "spies" coincidence, but I got ill in the half of week, so I couldn't do a half of trips ..

  

 

When I was ten, I had a big pajama party. It was the last but one year, when I was celebrating my birthday with such a big group of people, because everyone were talking just with few people and it just lost the sense .. I was totally in love with movie 10 things I hate about you, so in addition to other gifts I got the soundtrack, table pad and some other things with pictures from this movie.

   

At school we had the "Opposites day", when girls dressed up like boys and boys dressed up like girls (I'm the fool in the middle of the picture). My grandpa retired. I was actually happy about that because my grandpa was working as a bus driver and he didn't use to have much free time. Now we could visit the grandparents and meet the grandpa more often :)

 

Like the previous year, we went to a school camp again. I don't know what was the reason, but I enjoyed this year much more than the last one, and I almost didn't wanna go back home.

In summer we in Poland - and not just for cheap shopping, but we went to the sea. Baltic sea is very cold, but it was a hot summer, so it was great. The best place were the sand dunes near Leba town - sand desert in Poland in the middle of a forrest ..

 

In that winter, we were going to some one-day skiing trips and at Christmas, we got a week in Prague as a present. It was great - Christmas kiosks, decoration, xmas tree .. ^^

 

The eleventh party was the last big party. There were less people than last year, but we still made some groups of two/three and the party just wasn't as good as I wanted .. Anyway that winter wasn't significat - we went skiing, skating, but nothing special happened.

 

In summer, we went to some trips, and we went to some town events - concerts, summer cinema,

The main event of the year came in September, when I was about 11 and a half, and I went to a new school - Cyrilometodějské gymnázium high school. The first day we went to a traditional mass at the start of the school year and then after lunch we went to introductory school course to Stará Voda.

Twelveth party was totally different than all other parties before. Especially because I wasn't celebrating birthday with ten, fifteen people, but just with my best friend. We ate a cake at home and then we went to Olomouc, to cinema to Gulliver's travels. In summer we went to great vacation in Slovakia. Personally, I loved the rafts and aquapark in Poprad the most. I also remember that we were sleeping at granny's garden, where all relatives met, we were singing around the campfire, and then we were sleeping in tents. It wasn't very hot that day, so when I woke up next morning, I had bad sore throat. Then we went to drums course by Jumping Drumbs band.

    

  

 

The year, when I was thirteen, was very important for me. I found new friends and I had the best birthday party ever. It's weird, because we were still getting the hang, anyway so much fun, laugh that we almost crie, and so much awesome memories in just one evening .. it was amazing.

In winter we went skiing to Kouty nad Desnou in Jeseníky for few days. We left a day sooner, because the chalet was really awful and it was also blatant cold (about -20°C). When we wanted to left, our car stopped working, so dad had to call tow truck. I, brother and mum took a train. Meanwhile, dad called that the car is working now, so finally he took us at some train station in the half of the way to home.

   

In summer, we stayed two weeks on a greek island Thassos. Beaches and sea were beautiful, but the thing, that I'll never forget, is the terasse in our first apartment (we went to 3 apartments) .. On the first view, the old wooden penthouse looked like nothing special .. but if you sit there and look at the lonely beach below .. it was a dream. I was also totally charmed with mountain town Panagia, that was so different than other places on this turist focused island.

 

 

   

That year, I went to another school course, that I enjoyed so much, it was really fun, already the first evening was great - we had to perform different task, in pairs - tied with leg to each other. Next amazing activity was, when we had to play a scene about "the worst date" .. The scene by out group was the shortest, the most embrassing and just the worst ... but we laughed so much during the rehearsals .. and that's the most important I think.

On my 14th birthday I was ill and I had antibiotics, so I couldn't have normal cake. I also had no family party, but I couldn't miss a party with friends. My friend has birthday in March, so we decided to celebrate together - bowling & pizza. We didn't plan it at all, we just decided to go to the bowling after school .. and it was awesome.

  

In winter, we went skiing with family and we also went to ski school course, and we have lot of memories (especially the embarassing memories) - trips to extradeep snow, talks in our room ..

In summer, we vere again in Greece, but to another place - Mytikas, Preveza. There was the most beautiful sea, we've ever seeaw. Especially on Lefkada island, Porto Katziki beach, the sea was just perfect, clear blue, beautiful ..

  

     

 

Before returning home from Greece, we stayed another three days in Macedonia, in Ohrid, near the Ohrid lake. The lake didn't charmed me so much, and the beaches were a bit dirty, but the view from our apartment to the night lighted city, it was like from theme of soap opera A Thousand and One nights .. And in the end of the summer, we went to make proffesional photos with friends ..

 

    

   

 

The most important event of this year and incredible experience at all, was the September 2013, when we went to school trip to Paris. Always, if somebody says the name of this amazing city, when there's some movie or video from France in TV, always I hear the song Una Mattina from the Untouchables movie (that we were watching in the bus) ... Everything about this trip was just perfect and I'll never forget it ...
