Your Cup Of Tea

I'm a tea person more than a coffee person. It's just the best feeling ever when you come back home in winter, make a cup of hot tea and bundle up in a blanket. A cup of tea not only "please your soul", but it also has a lot of positive effects on our health. It can help you to get over common colds, insomnia or it can help in the treatment of cancer.

“If you are cold, tea will warm you;
if you are too heated, it will cool you;
if you are depressed, it will cheer you;

if you are excited, it will calm you.”
- William E. Gladstone
