Dry brushing

I discovered dry brushing method just a while ago. But since that time it's been a part of my daily morning routine (whenever I get out of bed early enough). Basically it's a body massage technique that helps blood flow, strenghtens your skin and gives you loads of energy in the morning.



Benefits of dry brushing:
  • Helps blood flow throughout the body
  • Removes dead skin cells
  • Tightens and soothes skin
  • Reduces celullitis 
  • Reduces stress
  • Improves digestion
  • Gives you a lot of energy (don't do this technique before bed!)
  • Flushes toxins away
  • Icreases immunity


Instructions:
Dry brushing is very simple - before you go to the shower, just give your whole body a massage with a brush. It's not recommended to do it in a circular motion, it's better to do long straight moves with the brush. Circular movements don't have the right effect.
Basically follow just one rule - you should always go with your brush towards your heart. It's hard to explain in by words, so I recommend watching for example this video:


You should clean your brush at least once a month - water and few drops of antibacterial essential oil is totally enough :)
