Journaling therapy

I've loved writing since I was a kid. I used to buy ne journals and notebooks all the time, I used to write and draw into them, I was adding photos, pictures from magazines ... I was writting about my memroeis, my feelings, fears and goals, I was making thousands of different lists and I was making up crazy scenarios about my future.

Journaling is a well know therapy method, that can help you to organize your thoughts and get rid of feelings which you don't want to talk about aloud. That's why I keep several journals even these days. But what do I actually write into them?

Daily diary
I can't imagine my life without this one journal. Whenever I feel like I have too many thoughts in my head, which don't want to leave, whenever I have to solve some things in my own life .. I take this journal and I write whatever comes to my mind. Sometimes I make an entry several days in a row, sometimes it's just few lines in a month. It's just my little therapy when things get too messy.

Motivational journal 
I started my first motivational journal last year and I absolutely fell in love with creating these. You can add motivational quotes, photos, write lists of goals and lists of things you are greateful for .. Basically anything that gives you inspiration for your next step in life.


Bullet journal
The idea of bullet journal was created by an American designer Ryder Carrol. It's simply a journal that combines a diary, a planner and anything else you need to organize your daily life and your future. You create it completely on your own - from the page numbers, to the calendars of each month, to any other pages you'd like to add - such as to-do lists, mood trackers or TV show trackers.

Fitness diary
Everyone need motivation from time to time. Seeing your own progress and being able to see your mistakes as well, makes healthy lifestyle so much easier. Things you can add to the fitness diary include:
  • diet plannet
  • fitness and diet goals
  • trainings and workouts
  • basic nutrition information (what to eat, what to avoid, which foods are good for your body, right combinations of food)
  • your progress (before/after photo, reached goals .. )



Manifestation diary 
If you've already heard about the "law of attraction", manifestation diary can help you to reach your dreams in much shorter time. If you think about it - many people don't even know what they really want to change in their lifes. We often realize we're not satisfied, but we don't have any ideas about the change. Writing your goals and dreams may help you a lot. You don't need to think about how you're gonna reach them. Just think about the things you'd truly want to attract into your life and the Universe will help you find the right opportunities.
