Sometimes I have a feeling that I'd love to forget about everything. Nothing seems worth doing, I feel like nothing goes the way I want to and I'm stuck in the bad luck cycle. I want to just listen to sad songs, go to bed and sleep until I'll wake up to some better world ... But it doesn't work like this and sleep through whole life with hope that it will be better somehow then - would be only a waste of time. And there's never enough time. If you have these feelings too sometimes, I hope these four tips will help you. To make your day brighter, to boost your mood and to see something positive in those hopeless times :)
Start Your Day With Music
Waking up to the darkness when you have almost nothing to be looking forward that day .. sucks. Who would like to leave their cozy warm bed on these days? What helps me to boost my mood a bit at least? Music! When I wake up, I take my bathrobe, earphones and I listen to the playlist, made of the most energetic and the happiest songs I've ever found.
Eat Pretty Food
Eating healthy is a great idea. Eating healthy increase your health, your energy etc .. but eating food just because you heard that it's "healthy", won't boost your mood at all. I love preparing food that taste and look good. It doesn't have to be anything complicated. Instead of tasteless oatmeal make oatmeal with some fresh fruit, nuts and seeds. Add milk or lemon and honey to your tea. When you cook a risotto, add some plant milk and fresh herbs. Add dressing to your salad - olive oil, lemon and balsamic vinegar or peanut butter and soy sauce ...
Live Yoga
Yoga is not only a type of exercise. It's a type of relaxation, thinking and eating. Yoga is a lifestyle and everyone can practise some of the rules of the Yogi philosophy. Exercising yoga always helps me to relax. Talking about eating, you should eat mind fully. It means eat when you're hungry and stop when you're\full. We should eat less meat that has an "imprint of violence". Other yoga "rules" are: be honest, love who you are, don't be afraid to try new things and don't judge anyone/anything.
Books & Tea Time
I've always been a bookoholic but it's harder and harder to find a time to read. When you're reading, you can escape from your real life for a while and it gets your into a different reality. Going to bed, being wrapped in warm blanket and reading a good book - For me that's one of the best feelings I know. Plus a cup of coffee or tea (I love the smell of coffee, but I prefer drinking tea) = perfection!

To je hezký :) je to pravda, když nad tím ale tak přemýšlím, je zajímavý, jak má každý člověk jiný způsoby, jak si tak nějak pomoc z toho dna)) ty písničky to stopro budou, no já se vždycky uzavřu do svý hudební bubliny s velkýma sluchátkama a nejvíc mě pak naštvou ty lidi, co nechápou, že na mě nemají mluvit :D ..takové to čtení a čaj je taky super, mně i dost pomáhá běhání a hlavně taky třeba "zahodit" telefon a všechny sociální sítě a jít jen se psem nebo něco dělat doma a vůbec si nevšímat okolí :)
