Banana & PB Polenta Porridge

Porridge is the best breakfast choice in fall and winter. You can choose different grains, combine different types of plant-based milk, add fruits, superfoods etc. One of my favorites is lately polenta porridge, which makes the most delicious combination with banana and peanut butter ! :)



Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup polenta
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp honey or other sweetener
  • cinnamon, coconut sugar, chopped nuts (optional)

How Postup:
  • Mix water and plant based milk in a pot and heat it up.
  • Before it starts boiling, start adding polenta. I recommend using whisk to get the perfect smooth and creamy porridhe. 
  • Add mashed banana peanut butter and honey. 
  • Serve sprinkled with coconut sigar, cinnamon and chopped nuts.
