Porridge is the best breakfast choice in fall and winter. You can choose different grains, combine different types of plant-based milk, add fruits, superfoods etc. One of my favorites is lately polenta porridge, which makes the most delicious combination with banana and peanut butter ! :)

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup polenta
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp honey or other sweetener
- cinnamon, coconut sugar, chopped nuts (optional)
How Postup:
- Mix water and plant based milk in a pot and heat it up.
- Before it starts boiling, start adding polenta. I recommend using whisk to get the perfect smooth and creamy porridhe.
- Add mashed banana peanut butter and honey.
- Serve sprinkled with coconut sigar, cinnamon and chopped nuts.
