Raw Energy Bites

Today I have a raw balls recipe for you. These energy bites are perfect for when you crave something sweet, but you don't wanna charge your body with unhealthy candies as stuff like this. They will give you ana energy - wheter when you're tired in the morning or after intense workout, they will feed you and they will push the unhealthy food craving away. They taste amazing, they are very sweet altough they don't contain sugar, anyartifical sweeteners - just natural, healthy ingredients. Warning - they are super addictive! :D

Raw Energy Bites


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates 
  • 1/4 cup raisins 
  • 1/2 cup oat flakes 
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 full Tbsp peanut butter

How to:
  • Cut the medjoul dates into smaller pieces, add raisins and mix it with food processor.
  • Add peanut butter, oat flakes, sunflower seeds and put it all together - either with the food processor again or just simply process the dough with your hands. 
  • Make balls with your hands.
