I don't like cooking or baking a large amount of food because of two reasons. Frist, because of the fact I almost always try my own new recipe, I never know if the result will be successful of not. And I don't like throwing away full bowl of dough. Second - the amount is not desicive in our family, we eat all of it whether it be four muffins or two sheets of cookies .. Today I'm sharing with you a quick recipe for healthy and simple one serving recipe ...
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup berries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 banana
- 1 square of darkchocolate (perfectly with at least 80% cocoa)
- 2 Tbsp quick oats (use gluten free oats for the glutem free version)
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- honey, nuts and dried fruit for the topping
How to:
- Mix the fruit with mashed banana and vanilla extract
- Put it into the ramekin and add the piece of chocolate on the top
- Mix oats with peanut butter and add the mixture into the ramekin
- Bake for approx. 25 minut for 180°C
- Top with nuts, teaspoon of honey and dried cranberries :)
