Sometimes I really wonder what ingredients some recipes consist of. And it's an even bigger suprise when you try the recipe and result is delicious. That's exactly what happened when I'd decided to try my first black bean brownie cookies. I promise that you won't taste the beans at all and I also warn you that they're pretty addictive! :)

Ingredients:
- 250g cooked od canned black beans
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats*
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 5 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1,5 tsp gingerbread spice mix
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soga
- a pinch of salt
Postup:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor.
- Shape the cookies on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 180°C for about 15 minutes.
*For a gluten-free version: Use certified gluten free oats or naturally gluten free grains like millet or buckwheat
Tip: You can add chocolate chips and nuts into the dough and decorate with melted dark chocolate.
