Buckwheat is an amazing warming food, perfect for the cold winter days. It has specific taste that not everyone loves at first taste. Anyway even people who are not fans of buckwheat should give a chance to this combination :)

Ingredients (about 3 servings):
- 1 cup buckwheat
- vegetable broth
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 beetroots
- 1/2 cup cooked or canned chickpeas
- olive oil
- salt
- tandori masala
How to:
- Cook the buckwheat in the vegetable broth
- Peel the carrots and beets and cut them into pieces
- Put them on a baking sheet together with chickpeas, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with the spices and bake for 200°C for about 20 minutes
