School or prison?

I love studying. I love the feeling when I discover new information, when I start to read between the lines and eventually find out that there's still so much to learn and I experience Socrates' feeling when he said "I know that I know nothing".
This world is an amazing place, where we can constantly discover completely new things and the process of learning is natural to all of us. Unfortunatelly, school often works as a place, where all of out enthusiasm for studying disappears ...

I feel like a ten years old kid who was sent to a kindergarten and everyone around him care just about who has the best poods. Like I didn't belong to this age at all ...

It's dark, cold and foggy. I'm wrapped in my ski jacket and I'm comming back home from my English lesson. I'm frozen like a s*it (So much, yeah). I'm listening Waiting Game on the highest volume and I have that feeling when you feel like the music corresponds with the scene you're in and I feel like in the videoclip. I should study for two tests for tomorrow but instead of that I make myself a dinner, then cook a lunch for tomorrow and then I sit in front of the computer with a cup of my favourite tea with a feeling .. that I just have to write this post ...

Is school a waste of time?

As most of the other kids, I used to be interested in everytrhing aroung me. I was fascinated by things like computer of television and I used to think how these boxes full of wires, wheels and boards can do such an amazing work. I also wasn't able to undestand, how the mail sending works - I always thought that when you put a letter into the mailbox, it gets invisible and than it flies in the air to the adresser. I wanted to discover the world, know all the answers for all my "why's" and "how's" ...
