Bananas are my favourite kind of fruit right now. I could eat them all day long. Few days ago the bananas were in sale in the supermarket so my dad bought a big pile of bananas - that almost imediatelly disappeared. Banana smoothie, oatmeal with bananas, nicecream ... and suddenly the banana supply is screwed :D Today I have a recipe for you for light, healthy and delicious banana bread. Perfect for the breakfast ! :)
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup soy yogurt
- 2 medium size eggs (or vegan alternative like flax "eggs" - I didn't try this)
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cup of rye flour
- 1 cup oat flakes
- a pinch of salt
- tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
How to:
- Put bananas, yogurt and egg to medium large bowl.
- Blend these ingredients with rod mixer.
- Add peanut butter, sugar, oats, salt and baking powder and keep mixing.
- Add chocolate chips and pour the dough into butter mopped form.
- Bake in an preheated owen for 180°C for about an hour.

Právě že já ho viděla taky všude na Pinterestu a tak ... tak jsem se ho rozhodla zkusit a vypadal hrozně dobře, takže jsem ho musela dát i na blog :D
