Ingredients:
- 60g barley couscous
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 tsp. coconut sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 20g sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp honey
- a piece of chocolate
How to:
- Pour the water on couscous and cook for a while with the chia seeds and cinnamon
- Roast the sunflower seeds on a pan (without oil), add sugar and while stirring constantly let the seeds caramelize
- Sweeten the couscous with honey, decorate with cinnamon, sunflower seeds and grated chocolate
