5 Breakfast Ideas

No matter how my lifestyle looked like recently - my breakfasts stayed super healthy and big. Exactly the way I need them. I'm a breakfast person - I couldn't go anywhere and do anything before food in the motning. In this post I'd like to give you few tips for my breakfasts.

Tahini Oatmeal
Do you like halva? I used to love it before I realized that the bought halva is packed with added loads of sugar and fat. But I'll give you a tip - tahini sauce with a spoon of honey tastes EXACTLY like halva! I love this combination in oatmeal. In the picture there's oatmeal with tahini, honey, pineapple, berries, coconut nibs, sliced almonds and date sirup.

Rye bread & PB & Banana
Peanut butter and banana - the best immortal combination :) With toasted rye bread and coffee with rice milk.

Quinoa Porridge
Another porridge, this time made of quinoa. Cook the quinoa, add a bit of almond (or any plant-based) milk. Before the end of cooking, add mashed banana, cinnamon and vanilla extract. I topped mine with frozen blackberries, almond slices, a piece of 70% Lindt chocolate and a teaspon of peanut-chocolate butter.

Avocado Smoothie Bowl
I found out that I don't feel well when eating too much avocado - but if you don't have problems, you can try this recipe :) I blended the avocado with some cacao powder, 1/3 cup almond milk and a bit of honey. Then I roasted 2 tablespoons of rolled oats and 2 teaspoons of sunflower seeds with a bit of coconut oil and maple syrup. And finally I topped the avocado smoothie bowl with that caramelized mix plus shredded coconut and hazelnuts.

Banana Yogurt Smoothie Bowl
When you don't have milk, use yogurt - for this breakfast bowl I blended 1 banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter, half a cup yogur, half a cup water and four dates. Topped with sunflower and pumpkin seeds, almond meal and other nuts.
