My 5 Top Smoothies

Lately I've been falling in love with smoothies for breakfast - guess the spring is really comming. I don't crave my warm oatmeal anymore and I prefer smoothie that gives me a lot of energy due to the fresh fruit. In this post I'd like to share with you my 5 top favourite smoothie recipes :)

I feel like the less I have to do the less time I have. I don't get it. I feel like the day is too short, that I don't have time for anything, that I have to do something constantly but the result of my daily activity is zero-zero-nothing. Know that feeling?

I've been writting one post since the weekend and I'm just not able to finish it anyhow. There are still a lot of other things to do, I alternate the activities every few minutes ... The post is going to be about cosmetics, but it is not going to be a review - I'm gonna focus on somnething a bit different. The chemicals in cosmetics. I took a photo of many products I found at home, I'm gonna compare their ingredients and I'm gonna tell you few words about silicones, parabens etc. which you can find in almost all cosmetic products, which damage our skin and endanger our health. However most of people don't know about it. It's a bit complicated to write this post, because I have to look for the information about the ingredients and it takes some time. Well so that's why today I'm posting just a "recipe" ... :)

MY TOP 5 SMOOTHIE RECIPES

Berry Smoothie
3/4 cup frozen berries + 1 ripe banana + 1 cup rice milk + 3-4 dates + teaspoon psyllium (optional)

 Berry Smoothie

Mango Smoothie
1 frozen banana + 1/2 ripe mango + 3-4 dates + 1/2 cup water or coconut water + 1 Tbsp fresh orange juice

Spinach Coconut Smoothie
1 banana + 1/2 cup frozen spinach + 3/4 cup rice-coconut milk + 3-4 dates

Spinach Coconut Smoothie

Banana Walnut Smoothie 
1 banana + 1/2 cup homemade walnut milk + 1/2 cup dates water (water from soaking dates) + 1 tsp chia seeds + 1 tsp flax seeds + few drops vanilla

Banana Walnut Smoothie

Tropical Smoothie
1/2 mango + 1 kiwi + 1 tangerine + 3-4 dates + 1 cup rice-coconut milk (Alpro for example) + squeeze of lime + 1 tsp chia seeds

Tropical mando kiwi Smoothie

  1. Takisto milujem smoothies a čím je farebnejšie tým lepšie. Vyskúšaj nie len ovocné, ale aj zeleninové alebo zeleninovo-ovocné smoothie. :)

    1. Ze zelinovo-ovocných jsem zkoušela zatím jen ten se špenátem, ten je super a pak jednou banánový s kapustou a ten mi vůbec nechutnal :/ :D
