Pasta with Red Lentil Sauce

There's never enough quick and easy recipes. And the best of them are those whose preparation takes up to ten minutes but the results is so awesome that you could eat it every day. For me, this recipe fits in this category. Plus my main critic approved it (in other words, my brother who prefers fried chicken nuggets, white pastry and chips liked it too) !

gluten free pasta with Red Lentil Sauce

Ingredients (1 serving)
  • 1 portion gluten free pasta (I used cornmeal pasta) 
  • 1/2 cup peeled red lentils
  • african spice Harissa (to taste)
  • handful sunflower seeds
  • salt 
How to:
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions 
  • Cook the lentils for about 10 minutes until it has almost porridge consistency
  • Add the spices and salt 
  • Roast the sunflower seeds without on a pan without oil 
  • Mix everything in a bowl and you're done :)
