I love sweet potatoes. I prefer them baked and eaten with basically anything. Baked sweet potatoes with baked vegetables, sweet potatoes with quinoa, sweet potatoes with rice, with salad ... Or baked sweet potatoes with steamed broccoli, lamb's lettuce and crunchy roasted seeds :)

Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1 big or two smaller sweet potatoes
- olive oil
- salt, dried basil, black pepper
- 1/2 broccoli
- handful seeds - any ratio (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, hemp, sesam seeds)
- 1 cup lamb's lettuce
- juice from 1/2 lemon
Postup:
- Clean and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes
- Drizzle with olive oil, add salt, pepper and basil
- Bake the potatoes on 200°C until they get soft (about 15-20 minutes)
- Meanwhile steam the broccoli
- Dry roast the seeds on a small pan
- Wash the lamb's lettuce, drizzle with oil and lemon juice
- Put everything in a bowl - baked sweet potatoes, broccoli and lamb's lettuce
- Finally sprinkle with roasted seeds
