New Year - New Me

I tried to enjoy Christmas in a bit different way this year. I was drawing and writing a lot. I read a lot of books. I spent a lot of time watching Christmas movies on TV with the lightened tree in the background. I was just trying to spend more time in the real world, than in the virtual one ...

And so that's why I'm coming to this blog just now - the last day of this year and I'm coming to talk to you a little bit about New Year's resolutions, goals and about the reasons why we often don't follow them at all.

Things I Do When I Feel Low

This year, I was looking forward to the summer holiday more than any other year. Finally I had a chance to say goodbye to school, studying, driving lessons, the same faces I used to see every day ... and also I could finally leave all my stress and worries behind. In this post, you're gonna find my personal tips which help me in the moments when I have too many things to do but at the same time I don't feel like doing anything at all. Sometimes I experience these feelings altough I don't really have work to do, but I just feel emotionally and mentally tired. Except the tips and ideas for relaxing your mind, I'm also adding some of my hand drawn mandalas, which you can print and color on your own :)

How To Create a Motivational Journal

Are your bored? Do you have many things to do but instead you spend the time scrolling facebook and watching TV? Motivation is the driving force of our lives. We need it every day to work effectively, to learn and to feel that what we're doing makes sense. We all have those days sometimes, when we don't want to do anything, we feel exhausted physically and mentally and we need something to boost our life energy on all levels.  And that's exactly the reason to start your own motivational journal!

The Life Purpose

I often post something from the drawer of draft, because it's too hard for me to turn my "deeper" thoughts into words. I'm rather an introvert. I'm not able to talk about "nothing", talk for hour about how I'm doing, what's new in my life ... I can't do it and I don't enjoy it. Wherever I go people see me as the quiet or shy girl, because I just can't talk about "common" things. I can talk for ages about my future plantt, debate about religion, death, global problems ... But no everyone wants to talk about these topics. So I often feel like an idiot when people talk normally and I can't join them. Meanwhile I'm just sitting there and milions of thoughts are swirling in my head.

Here, I want to be real, I want to be myself. In this post I'd like to let you into my head .. I was writting about anything that came across my mind. At the end, I started thinking about the life purpose. So, yeah. Maybe I may be quiet. But my mind is never silent.

New Year's Resolution

New Year's resolution is a crap in my opinion. People with weak will are not able to even start with following their resolutions. Those people which are more motivated can follow them at least till the end of January. In most cases everyone come back to their old habits. And the New Year's resolution won't bring any life change at all ...
