Books That Change Life

Since I was a child, I've loved books and I feel really sorry for all people who don't read - they have no idea how much they're missing. No matter if you read some relaxing literature or psychological book, reading always brings just positive things - our vocabulary is expanding, our concentration is better, we can get rid of stress ... And if you choose the right book, it can completely change your life attitude. It may be pretty hard to find a book like this - that's why I made a list of few book that affected me the most and which you should read too :)

3 Steps To Fall Asleep

All the time we hear that we need to sleep as long as possible, to get enough energy, to be healthy, to have better mood etc. But do we really need nine hours of sleep every night? According to the book "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari", 6 hours of sleep is absolutely enough. But it depends on the quality of our sleep! If we fidget all the time and our mind if full of thoughts that prevents us from sleeping .... we could sleep for as long as we want but we'd wake up peevish and tired anyway. So today I'd live to share with you my three tips to fall asleep faster and get beautiful sleep :)

Sleep Less, Drink Less & Eat More!

There are still new and new studies about healthy diet and the old rules and thoughts are becomming myths. However we still believe in some of them and we don't even think about doubt about them. We accept them as a matter of course. We ignore the bbiorhytm of our own body and the signals it sends -just because we believe in what "the experts say" !

Sleep at least 8 hours a day
It's logical that we should sleep at night and wake up when the sun starts shining. Unfortunatelly in our society, where we have to wake up early for school/job, nature doesn't seem important. However this is still true - short but deep sleep is better than 10 hours of rolling over from side to side with your mind full of stressful thoughts. Also your sleep is much deeper before midnight so it's worth to go to bed earlier and wake up earlier in the morning :)

Listen To Your Body

I started to care more about food to feel healthier, to lose some weight, to clean my skin ... At the end, I just felt like sleeping all day long. In the evenings I was curling up in a blanket and I was gorging with chocolate. Thought about food were on my mind 24/7 and my lifestyle feel apart. How could such a good idea collapse?

The World Changes

I feel like I'm not able to speak normally anymore. I have so many thought in my head that when I start to speak, all of these things mix together and I speak absolute craps. And some of those thoughts are not even possible to describe. They're just some internal feelings, something I see live in my head but I can't explain it to others. If I could paint, I could put all that mind tangle on a canvas. And you could stare at that picture and feel that feeling, which I expressed by that "art" ...

Love Your Life ! ♥

At the end of this school year, I felt totally without energy, I didn't enjoy anything, I hated the everyday always same routine and all people around. During the summer holiday I met so many different people, I visited many places and I was in so many different situations so I started thinking about how to end this stereotype. I can't change the character of people around me, I can't affect where I live or many other things because of my age. But I can change myself and my attitude ...
